Am compiling a new fitness / nutrition program to push me the last 10 lbs to my goal. My current recipe needs revision since I start a new job at a decidedly more unhealthy work environment.
Hopefully it will get me another 20 lbs, down to 215 and ripped. We'll see. Going to call the new plan "Pain to the World" after the title of an anime episode Katy and I like. \
This is going to be fun.
