Added a biking commute (14 miles round trip) on Tuesday and Thursday this week. Trying to make 78 miles of biking this week. Looks like I'll reach the biking goal with ease. Still pounding out 13 miles a week running. I've also added swimming on Fridays in case a sprint triathlon comes up.
Weight progress: 14 lbs lost since December (5 in the last two weeks), 14 more to go to target weight!
