After a long road to recovery, I reached the adjusted running goal of 300 miles on 12/21/10! Other notable activities were biking, which ramped up significantly thanks to spinning courses available at work, and the addition of swimming to the regimen.
For next year, I'm considering the following goals:
Running: 600 miles
Biking: 1200 miles
Swimming: 50 miles
Will have to figure out a lifting goal. Maybe measured in kilotons lifted. Can't guess right now what a good number for a year would be. . .
