Dave and I have taken up bowhunting. Got up early Saturday to head out to his neighbors woods, where Dave had a treestand and I set up upstream on the creek with the view shown below. After an hour and a half, we spotted four deer. They wandered just out of firing range. Have to say I liked being out in the woods in the cold, alert and waiting for the chance to strike. Have to go more often. Next time I'll teach the squirrels a lesson for yelling at me. . .
